Shipping & Delivery
We will ship from our warehouse in Ludhiana by reputed courier agencies.
We will ship products within 5 days after order/payment confirmation.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
All claims must be reported to customer service within 24 hours.
We will charge flat INR 500 for all our international orders.
Shipping charges will be free for deliveries within India.

Payment transactions
All payment transactions will be taken care by secure and reputed payment gateway like Razorpay.
When you make payment, it will be through a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input, including your credit card number, before it is sent to us. This makes it unreadable as it travels across the Internet.

Returns & Refunds
It is always our intention to satisfy customers and for this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise, that is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, returns will be made only if the packaging of product has been pilfered or completely damaged on delivery.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and saleable condition.
Postage/Shipping Charge will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
KNB is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

Please allow one to two weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours.

Refund Rule
If you have paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. Once the damaged/defective product has been received, your refund will be initiated and the same will reflect in the account/card/wallet within 4-10 working days.
If you paid via cash on delivery, after receiving the damaged/defective product, KNB Ayurveda will issue a cheque in the name of the billing person and dispatch it to the given billing address.
